THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19509 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to call for records pertaining to the I.D.No. 43 of 2006 dt. 31-1-2009 on the file of Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court, Waragnal as published in G.O.Rt.No. 426 dt. 28-32009 Labour Employment Training and Factories (Lab.I) Department and quash the same by issuing Writ of Certiorari as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the evidence available on record and provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act and Law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and this Hon'ble High Court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners that in similar circumstances this Court dismissed the writ petition in W.P.Nos.7899 of 2010 and batch, on 17.12.2015 and copy of the same is placed on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed.
