ORDER

This revision under Section 21 of Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973, is filed challenging the order dated 24.07.2006 passed by the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal ( I Additional District Judge), Srikakulam.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the second petitioner, by name, Dharmana Prabhavathi, died on 08.09.2017. The legal heirs of the deceased shall be brought on record within 90 days and 60 days is permissible to file a petition. The total period allowed for filing a petition to bring the legal heirs and to set aside the abatement is 90 days. But no steps have been taken so far. Therefore, by operation of law, the appeal is deemed to have been abated.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of deceased second petitioner are at liberty to file appropriate application in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand dismissed.
