Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would represent that on completion of investigation, police filed charge sheet and it was taken cognizance by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally in Calendar Case No.220 of 2016, and the petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and since the present petition is filed to quash the First Information Report at crime stage, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
