Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) for respondents.

The petitioner had made a request to 4th respondent seeking survey of petitioner's lands and fixing of boundaries thereof by paying the requisite fee on 06.07.2015. On 28.11.2015, the 3rd respondent had issued a memo to the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Siddipet to take necessary action pursuant to petitioner's representation dt.23.11.2015.

However, the 4th respondent has addressed a letter dt.05.02.2016 to 2nd respondent stating that there is no Mandal Surveyor in the Nangnoor Mandal, since the Mandal Surveyor posted there had been transferred to Gajwel on 28.10.2015.

In this view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to arrange for survey of the subject land by directing the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer from the neighbouring Mandal to provide the services of a Mandal Surveyor to carry out survey of the petitioner's lands within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
