There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.
The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue a Writ, Order or Orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not disposing of the representation dated 15.12.2014 of the Petitioners in deciding to terminate the old direct owners system in Out of Home Media for advertisements in Life Insurance Corporation of India by initiate new brokerage (middlemen) system as illegal, wholly arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Articles 16 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.12.2014 of the petitioners by continuing the existing direct owners system." 3.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents filed a counter affidavit stating that the representation dated 15.12.2014 submitted by the petitioner was considered and disposed of on 15.7.2015. The copies of the same were sent through RPAD to the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ petition is disposed of. 6.
It is needless to observe that the disposal of the present Writ Petition will not come in the way of the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 15.7.2015 as per law, if so advised. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
