ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.288/A to an extent of Ac.2.22 guntas situated at Kesavapuram, H/o Jammikunta Village and Mandal, Karimnagar District, under Mission Kakatiya Scheme. The petitioner claims title to the said land under a registered sale deed. His grievance is that without following due process of law, the respondents are trying to dispossess him from the land in question. Learned counsel Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents will not interfere with the private land of the petitioner without following due process of law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that in view of the undertaking given by the learned Government Pleader, the respondents shall not interfere with the possession of land of the petitioner without following due process of law. No costs.
