ORDER
Aggrieved by the action of the 5th respondent in insisting the petitioner to obtain 'No Objection Certificate' for registration of the lands in Sy.No.39 to an extent of Ac.4.58 cents situated at Kamarupalli Village, Anantapuram Rural & Mandal, Anantapuram District, the present writ petition is filed.
It is evident from the petitioner's averments that he is the second purchaser from Ex-service man, who was granted assignment on 02.07.1983. Learned Government Pleader placed before this Court a copy of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 6.6.2013, whereunder certain guidelines were issued.
Perused the said G.O and the same is applicable to the facts of the present case. Hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioner, however, is at liberty to make an appropriate application in terms of the said G.O. and if any such application is made, appropriate authority shall consider the same and pass
appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
