Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging non-consideration of his representations dt.20-11-2017 and 31-07-2018 by 5th respondent, who is conducting award enquiry for the subject land, which is notified for acquisition at the instance of 2nd respondentCorporation. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for 5th respondent states that 5th respondent will consider petitioner's representations within four (04) weeks and communication his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider petitioner's representations dt.20-11-2017 and 31-07-2018 within four (04) weeks and communication his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
