O R D E R

Sri Tenneti Prabhu Dasu, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this civil revision petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in the pending appeal before this Court, viz., M.A.C.M.A.No.1254 of 2015. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
