HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.608 of 2016 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 14.12.2015 in Crl.MP.No.490 of 2015 in S.C.No.103 of 2014 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Markapur, this revision is filed.

Heard both sides.

As directed by this Court on 03.02.2017, the Station House Officer, Cumbum Police Station, Prakasam District, was appeared before this Court. He stated that a memo is going to be filed in the aforesaid S.C. to the effect that there are no further accused and no material and therefore, the charge sheet filed earlier be treated for all purposes as a final charge sheet.

Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Revision Case is closed, for no grounds to stall the proceedings before the Court of Sessions but for filing of memo by the Station House Officer, Cumbum, within one week from today before the learned committal Magistrate, who shall forward the same to the learned Sessions Judge, who in turn shall record the same to proceed with, which is without prejudice to the de facto complainant's any other available remedies to work out.
