HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.8107 OF 2015 ORDER :
Though learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.2 seeks time, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed the final report on 07.02.2017 before the III-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, seeking permission to close the crime on the ground of 'lack of evidence', and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
