THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26097 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the respondent municipal corporation.

The grievance of the petitioner is that without being preceded with any notice and without recourse to law, the respondent authorities are attempting to demolish the subject structures.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel, on instructions, that the respondent Corporation will follow due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Corporation to follow due process of law, if it intends to take any action with regard to the structures belonging to the petitioner.
