This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, assailing the order, dated 05.07.2013, of the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.757 of 2012 in O.P.No.585 of 2012. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 25.06.2016, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and that therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
