THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos. 1704 and 1776 of 2013 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) These appeals are placed before this Court for disposal in terms of the award/terms of the compromise arrived at before the Lok Adalat.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter has been amicably resolved with the intervention of Lok Adalat and the Lok Adalat has reduced the terms of compromise in the award, dated 04.12.2014 and prayed for disposal of the appeals in terms thereof.

We have perused the award and the covering letter, dated 10.11.2014 of the Registrar (Judicial).

The appeals are disposed of in terms of the award. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
