HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28181 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in calling the petitioners to the I Town Police Station, Madanapalle at the instance of respondents 4 and 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that respondent No.3 never called the petitioners to the police station at the instance of respondents 4 and 5 and never interfered with the civil disputes between them. It is also stated that none of the parties have approached respondent No.3.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil disputes and life and liberty of the petitioners except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
