When the matter was called on 28.12.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent and there was no representation on his behalf. To give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.12.2015 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the case is called learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation on his behalf.
