HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 7960 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the order of suspension. Now the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that disciplinary proceedings, pending against the petitioner were ultimately ended by imposing minor punishment and the petitioner was reinstated into service.

Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
