THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.13408 OF 2005 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the notice dated 08.06.2005 wherein the third respondent directed the petitioner to stop construction of the house admeasuring an extent of 0.03 cents in Plot No.99 in R.S.No.292/05(A) of Sri Alluri Seetharamaraju Colony, Devarapally Mandal, Krishna District, due to dispute pending with regard to the said land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim suspension granted by this Court on 22.06.2005, the construction of the house was completed and at present there is no threat of interference from any quarter.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. ________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 23rd March 2015 RRB
