HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 1113 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Court by order dated 12.12.2014 disposed of the Writ Petition directing the Special Deputy Collector to consider the claim of the petitioner as reflected in the notice dated 5.5.2014 duly taking note of the report of the Tahsildar, Rapur, dated 4.5.2011.

Respondent filed counter affidavit enclosing the copy of the proceedings dated 7.9.2015, wherein, in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, appropriate orders were passed.

Since the direction was only to consider the claim of the petitioner as reflected in the notice dated 5.5.2014 duly taking note of the report of the Tahsildar, Rapur, dated 4.5.2011 and pass appropriate orders, this Court satisfied that the orders passed by this Court are complied with.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies if he is aggrieved by the said decision. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
