Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC.

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation, dated 08.03.2018, to the respondent-GHMC, but no action has been taken so far.

Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondent-GHMC to consider the said representation, by fixing a timeframe.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 08.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate

action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
