HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.21181 of 2009 ORDER:

After perusing the explanation filed by petitioner, this court is of the view that the District Collector, being the Authority, to look into the grievances in the matter of implementation of NREGP. The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal, by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from today and the District Collector is directed to look into the record and dispose of the representation/ appeal of the petitioner, within three months thereafter.

2. The interim order granted on 06.10.2009 is directed to be continued for a period of four months from today.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
