HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7327 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners were initially given provisional registration which was later cancelled. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.18216 of 2014 and, this Court, by order dated 03.07.2014, suspended the proceedings cancelling the provisional registration of the petitioners. The petitioners also filed an application for final registration on 10.01.2015. When the said application was not considered, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of pendency of application of petitioners dated 10.01.2015 for final registration for the last six months, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider the application for final registration, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
