This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.278 of 2016 from the file of the Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Nellore.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
