THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CONTEMPT CASE No.2461 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order, dated 26.10.2016, in W.P.No.34645 of 2016 of this Court.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

From a perusal of the aforementioned order, this Court is of the view that the said order is not wilfully violated by the respondents herein. The said order was passed only suggesting the respondents to take action against the concerned in accordance with law. The order also clearly indicates that if there is any violation on the part of the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the superior officer or file a private complaint by invoking Section 200 Cr.P.C.

With the above observation, this Contempt Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this contempt case shall stand closed.
