ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 28.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11309 of 2014.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28-04-2014 passed by this Court, the cases of the petitioners were considered and speaking orders rejecting their cases were passed on 25th June, 2014.

In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection orders, they are at liberty to challenge the same. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
