Petitioner, who is A2 in Cr.No.403 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 366, 323, 379 (D) and 506r/w 34 IPC and 3 (2) (v) of SCs & STs (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
