Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority against the impugned termination order dt.20.07.2018.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the appellate authority on entertaining the appeal preferred by the petitioner shall dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
