11.02.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed vide order dated 17.01.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner that he shall appear before the police once in fifteen days till charge-sheet is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition. He further submits that now the petitioner is affected with Covid-19 and is not in a position to appear before the police on 21.02.2022. He submits that the petitioner is ready to comply with the said condition till the charge sheet is filed and he is seeking relaxation of the condition only for his appearance on 21.02.2022. Taking into consideration the health condition of the petitioner, the said condition is relaxed only for his appearance on 21.02.2022 and after that he shall appear before the police till filing of the charge sheet. ____________ LK,J ksld
