THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12822 of 2025 This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to relax the surety amount in the condition passed in the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Nagarkurnool in Crl.M.P.No.299 of 2025 in Crime No.32 of 2025 of Telkapally Police Station, at Nagarkurnool. 2.

Heard Sri Shaik Mohammed Ibrahim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 are from poor financial backgrounds and they are unable to arrange the huge surety amount which was imposed by the trial Court and prayed the Court to reduce the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, as the petitioners are unable to arrange the huge amount, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties. 5.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
