THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.8388 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.37 of 2015 on the file of the Judl.Magistrate of First Class, at Boath, Adilabad, outcome of Cr.No.20 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A and 337 IPC on the report of the 1st respondent-defacto-complainant. The petition I.A.No.5 of 2018 filed by mother(Syeda Habeebunnisa) of the petitioner/ accused (Quazi Syed Quamruddin @ Kamaluddin) to permit General Power of Attorney (for short, 'GPA') to represent her son, is allowed.

The mother-GPA of the petitioner/ accused and the defactocomplainant along with their counsel present. present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 to 5 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Crl.P.No.8388 of 2018 is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in C.C.No.37 of 2015 on the file of the Judl.Magistrate of First Class, at Boath, Adilabad. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
