THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.12763 of 2025 ORAL ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed to modify the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Crime No.101 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nagarkurnool. 2.

Heard Sri Shaik Mohammed Ibrahim, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court while passing the order directed the petitioner to comply the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner shall furnish surety of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties. He further submitted that the petitioner cannot afford to furnish the said sureties and prayed the Court to modify the condition.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 09.09.2025 passed in Crime No.101 of 2025, i.e.,

the petitioner shall furnish the sureties of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties to that of the petitioner shall furnish the sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only ) with two (2) sureties.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
