THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITON No.28111 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order, dated 11.07.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.21438 of 2018. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader. A copy of the said order is filed, along with the present Writ Petition, as material paper.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents herein to take further steps in the direction of processing the application of the petitioner herein by placing the same before the State Level Committee and to pass final orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
