THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.388 OF 2008 JUDGMENT:

This revision case is filed by the petitioner-accused against the judgment dated 25.2.2008 passed in Crl.A.No.408 of 2007 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. On 18.10.2014, when this matter was taken up, Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had given up the vakalat and the bundle was taken by the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the registry to delete the name of the said Counsel from the cause list and to issue notice to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgement due. When the notice was sent to the petitioner, it was returned with an endorsement that 'the addressee expired". This office endorsed on the bundle that the petitioner is no more.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
