THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2399 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 09.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7561 of 2016. The contemnor is shown as one B. Narsimha Rao, Station House Officer, Lalapeta Police Station, Lalapeta, Guntur District. The contempt case was admitted on 16.12.2016 and the matter was listed today for appearance of the respondent. However, perusal of the record reflects that the notice sent to the respondent at the aforestated address was returned with the endorsement that the addressee is not traced.

Despite the matter being passed over to enable Sri N.V.R. Amarnath, learned counsel, to assist this Court in the light of the aforestated situation, there is no representation. As the contempt case has been filed against the respondent who is either not in existence or at least not available at the address shown, the contempt case is dismissed.
