THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28279 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.12.2016 to issue the license under the above Telangana Wood Based Industries (Regulation) rules, 2016, as prayed for in the interest of justice and to pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." The issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 11.07.2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.21438 of 2018, the operative portion of which reads as under:

"For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to take further steps in the direction of processing the application of the petitioner herein by placing the same before the State Level Committee and to pass final orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

CKR, J W.P.No.28279 of 2018 Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
