It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after passing the interim order, dated 11.04.2018, in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.4920 of 2018, the respondent passed rejection order on 05.05.2018. As such, the petitioner challenged the action of the respondent by way of separate writ petition and no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
