HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.R.P No.380 of 2012 ORDER:

On 13.04.2016, advocate for petitioners was granted time to file proof of service as to the compliance of the order dated 10.02.2016.

2. Advocate for petitioners represented that notice was sent on 25.02.2016 but the postal receipt is misplaced and they are not able to trace it.

3. I am not convinced with the submission of advocate for petitioners, therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 10.02.2016 for default.
