The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation on 03.04.2017 to the respondents against the encroachment to an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.869/1 of Cheruvu land of Kolalaluru Village, Tenali Mandal, Guntur District. As no action has been initiated, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2017 in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
