HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28194 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in LTR Case No.73/2017/PNK, dated 21-02-2018 passed by the Special Deputy Collector (TW) Bhadrachalam.

The petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal against the impugned order to the Agent to the Government & Project Officer, ITDA, Bhadrachalam, which is also mentioned in the impugned order.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him. Office is directed to return the original order to the petitioner to enable him for availing alternative remedy. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
