ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 19.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Valigonda Police Station, Nalgonda District, wherein it is asserted that S.C.No.10 of 2013 was ended in acquittal on 22.12.2014 and the same is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
