HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32742 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application dated 08.02.2016 for survey of the land in Survey No.140/A/A/1, admeasuring Ac.4.00 situated at Thumburu Village, Sattupalli Mandal, Khammam District and in pursuance of the said application the 3rd respondent issued Memo No.A3/213/2016, dated 30.06.2016 asking the petitioner to remit fee through challan for survey and to submit application through Mee-seva. In pursuance of the same the petitioner complied all the formalities as per the said memo and submitted application to the Revenue Divisional Officer. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
