The Contempt Case is filed for disobedience of the common order dated 09.06.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.Nos.20915 of 2016 and 20916 of 2016 in W.P.No.16986 of 2016.

Heard.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for School Education has placed on record a copy of the proceedings dated 26.07.2016 issued by the District Collector, Medak, stating that the order dated 09.06.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.Nos.20915 of 2016 and 20916 of 2016 in W.P.No.16986 of 2016 has been complied with and prays the Court to close the Contempt Case.
