Learned counsel for the petitioner filed Tr.Crl.P.M.P.No.69 of 2017 requesting permission to withdraw the transfer criminal petition as the cause in the said petition has become infructuous. When the matter is listed today under the caption, 'for withdrawal', the learned counsel sought permission for withdrawal of the transfer petition.
