In the morning session a request is made to adjourn the case, but, we declined to adjourn it any further. Hence, a request is made to pass over the case. There is no representation when the matter is called out in the afternoon session. Hence, we infer that the petitioners do not have any interest to prosecute the above case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
