When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and thereby the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
