The petitioner alleges inaction of respondents 2 to 4 in entertaining and registering the FIR against the unofficial respondents 5 to 10 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into, found the same to be civil in nature and petitioner was informed about the same.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
