THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28268 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner alleges that he made a representation on 23.04.2018 to the respondent stating that the Contractor, who has been entrusted with the work of preparing two drains and laying of the road, had not completed the work at his house on account of which, the water is getting stagnated in front of his house, and thereby, requested to take necessary action. In spite of the same, no action is being taken thereon. Hence, he prays for a Mandamus.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation. Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner that the water is stagnating in front of his house due to non-completion of work by the Contractor, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent to ensure inspection of the subject site by directing the Officer concerned and if it is found that the grievance espoused by the petitioner is genuine, he shall take steps for redressal of the same. This exercise shall be completed

CKR, J WP.No.28268 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
