HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28205 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in taking action against respondent No.4 and his associates pursuant to the complaint dated 08-07-2018.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into as per guidelines laid down in the judgment of Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1. Since civil disputes are pending in respect of subject property, notice was issued on 10-08-2018 to the petitioner in that regard.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
