THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No. 5250 of2016 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that during the pendency of this Criminal Petition, the parties have settled the dispute out of the Court and a memo was filed by respondent No. I stating that subsequent to filing of this petition, the case in C.C. No. 1623 of 2O08 on the file of iII Additional Chief Metropolltan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad was transferred to XV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad and re-numbered as.C.C.No. 580 of 2017. At the request of both the parties, learned XV Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad has referred the matter lo Lok Adalat, wherein both the parties have settled the dispute and accordingly award was passed on 19.07.2018. 2.
In view of the above submissions, Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, sha.l1 stand closed.
