THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W .P.NO.6 6 0 0 OF 2 0 1 7

O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in rejecting the application of the petitioners filed under G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment - I) Department dated 30-12-2014, for regularization of their subject lands, the present writ petition has been filed.

Heard learned Senior Counsel Sri A.Sudarshan Reddy and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Under clause (xiv) of the terms and conditions for regularization mentioned at paragraph No.2 of G.O.Ms.No.59 dated 30.12.2014, the Joint collector concerned will be the Grievance Redressal Authority in the matter if any and he may give directions to the committee as he deems fit. Therefore under G.O., the petitioners have to approach the Joint Collector against the rejection of their application for regularization.

Leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the said alternate remedy for redressal of their grievance, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. -------------------------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE: 27-02-2017 AVS
